Responsibilities
- Oversee entire project lifecycle from pre-construction to closeout
- Manage $15M+ budgets and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, local regulations, and green building standards
- Implement BIM technology for precision planning and execution
- Client relationship management and stakeholder communication
- Risk mitigation and proactive problem resolution
- Mentor junior project managers and construction staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
- 10+ years commercial/residential construction experience
- LEED AP or equivalent sustainability certification preferred
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time/budget
- Advanced proficiency in Procore and AutoCAD
- Texas contractor license (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
