Responsibilities
- Oversee full project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Manage $20M+ budgets and 50+ subcontractor teams
- Implement LEED-certified sustainable building practices
- Coordinate with city officials for permitting and compliance
- Resolve technical challenges and ensure safety protocols
- Utilitize Procore and BIM 360 for digital project management
Qualifications
- 10+ years in commercial construction management
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- LEED AP BD+C certification required
- OSHA 30-hour training and First Aid/CPR certified
- Proven track record with high-rise or large-scale projects
- Advanced proficiency in construction software (AutoCAD, Procore)
- Texas PE license preferred
