Responsibilities
- Oversee entire project lifecycle including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
- Manage cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendorsEnsure strict compliance with OSHA regulations, building codes, and safety protocols
- Implement innovative construction technologies like BIM and project management software
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control assessments
- Resolve complex construction challenges and mitigate project risks
- Manage client relationships and communicate project progress to stakeholders
- Maintain project documentation including permits, contracts, and change orders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial construction
- PMP or LEAP certification preferred
- Proven track record managing projects over $10M
- Expert knowledge of construction methodologies and materials
- Advanced proficiency in project management software (Procore, Bluebeam)
- Strong financial acumen and budget management skills
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
