Responsibilities
- Direct large-scale construction projects from pre-construction through project closeout.
- Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, change order tracking, and financial reporting.
- Lead and mentor site superintendents, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain high performance.
- Ensure 100% compliance with OSHA safety regulations and local building codes.
- Facilitate weekly owner/architect/contractor (OAC) meetings to ensure project alignment.
- Proactively identify and mitigate construction risks to prevent delays.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to manage material supply chains and lead times.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in commercial construction management.
- Proven track record managing projects exceeding $20M in value.
- Expertise in Procore, Primavera P6, and Bluebeam Revu software.
- Strong understanding of structural design, MEP systems, and building envelopes.
- PMP or CCM certification is highly preferred.
- Exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
