Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle planning, budgeting, and execution
- Lead cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
- Manage stakeholder communications and client relationships
- Coordinate permits, inspections, and regulatory compliance
- Implement sustainable construction practices and cost optimization
- Drive innovation in construction methodologies and technology adoption
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive construction management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- LEED AP or equivalent sustainability certification preferred
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale commercial projects
- Expert knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Strong financial acumen and risk management skills
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficiency in Procore, AutoCAD, and MS Project
