Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor construction projects from conception to completion
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control assessments
- Resolve technical issues and mitigate project risks
- Lead project teams and communicate progress to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive construction project management experience
- PMP certification or equivalent professional designation
- Proven track record of managing $50M+ commercial/industrial projects
- Expert knowledge of construction methodologies and materials
- Strong proficiency in project management software (Procore, Primavera)
- OSHA 30-hour certification and LEAP accreditation preferred
