Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project execution for mixed-use and commercial developments ($10M-$50M scale)
- Manage subcontractor relationships, procurement processes, and vendor negotiations
- Implement BIM technologies for precision planning and conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, ICC, and local building codes
- Oversee budget control, cost forecasting, and financial reporting
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, and sustainability consultants
- Drive quality assurance programs and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial construction
- Proven track record managing projects over $20M in value
- OSHA 30-hour certification and LEED AP credential preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Procore, AutoCAD, and Primavera P6
- Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Strong financial acumen with experience in cost-benefit analysis
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and crisis management abilities
