Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end management of large-scale commercial construction projects from pre-construction to closeout.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and resource allocation to ensure profitability.
- Enforce rigorous safety standards and OSHA compliance on all job sites.
- Monitor site progress against master schedules and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Conduct weekly progress meetings with stakeholders to provide transparent updates.
- Manage quality control processes to ensure adherence to structural and design specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
- Proven track record of delivering multi-million dollar projects on time and under budget.
- Advanced proficiency in Procore, Primavera P6, and Bluebeam Revu.
- Deep understanding of local building codes and permitting processes in Texas.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams of on-site personnel.
- Professional certification (PMP or CCM) is highly preferred.
