Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle planning, execution, and delivery of commercial/residential developments
- Manage $10M+ budgets with rigorous cost control and resource optimization
- Lead cross-functional teams including architects, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities
- Implement sustainable construction practices and LEED certification protocols
- Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and local building codes
- Utilitize BIM software for precision planning and conflict resolution
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans
- Client relationship management and stakeholder communication
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial construction
- Proven track record managing projects over $8M in value
- LEED AP BD+C certification strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project
- Texas Class 'A' Contractor's license
- OSHA 30-hour certification
- Experience with BIM/CAD systems and prefabrication techniques
