Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project delivery from pre-construction to closeout for $50M+ developments
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Implement Lean Construction methodologies to optimize efficiency and waste reduction
- Manage project budgets exceeding $100M with rigorous cost control systems
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, LEED, and International Building Codes
- Lead digital transformation initiatives using Procore and BIM 360 platforms
- Mentor junior project managers through our leadership development program
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years progressive experience in commercial construction with $25M+ project oversight
- Active PMP and OSHA 30 certifications required
- Expertise in Design-Build and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) models
- Proven track record of delivering complex urban developments on schedule
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and AutoCAD
- Strong negotiation skills for subcontractor agreements and change orders
