Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate all phases of construction projects from pre-planning to closeout
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation with precision
- Lead cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety protocols and local building codes
- Implement innovative construction methodologies to enhance efficiency and sustainability
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control assessments
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and manage subcontractor relationships
- Utilitize BIM/CAD technologies for project planning and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive construction project management experience
- Proven track record managing projects exceeding $10M in value
- Strong expertise in commercial and multi-family residential construction
- OSHA 30-hour certification and LEED AP accreditation preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Procore, AutoCAD, and MS Project
- Exceptional leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Valid Texas Contractor's License (Class A)
