Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle planning, execution, and delivery of commercial/residential construction projects
- Manage $10M+ budgets, ensuring financial targets and resource optimization
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (architects, engineers, subcontractors) to maintain project timelines
- Implement rigorous quality control protocols and OSHA-compliant safety standards
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors while maintaining cost efficiency
- Leverage BIM/CAD technologies for precision in design implementation
- Report progress to stakeholders through weekly/monthly performance dashboards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive construction project management experience
- Proven track record delivering large-scale commercial/residential projects
- Expertise in project management software (Procore, MS Project, AutoCAD)
- Strong understanding of local building codes, zoning laws, and permitting
- PMP or LEAP certification preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments
- Valid Texas Class C Driver's License
