Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project execution including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of milestones
- Implement rigorous quality control and safety protocols on job sites
- Manage subcontractor relationships and vendor negotiations
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews
- Resolve technical issues and mitigate project risks proactively
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and environmental regulations
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation and progress reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive construction management experience
- PMP certification and/or OSHA 30-hour training required
- Proven track record managing commercial projects over $5M
- Advanced proficiency in construction management software (Procore, BIM 360)
- Strong knowledge of Texas building codes and permitting processes
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Texas Driver's License and ability to travel to job sites
