Responsibilities
- Lead full-lifecycle management of commercial construction projects ($5M-$20M value)
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Implement sustainable building practices and LEED certification protocols
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation using Procore software
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety standards and local building codes
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control assessments
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and resolve stakeholder conflicts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- 10+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
- LEED AP BD+C certification required
- Proven expertise in sustainable building practices and green construction
- Advanced proficiency in Procore and BIM modeling software
- Texas P.E. license or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Strong background in managing multi-million dollar projects
- OSHA 30-hour construction safety certification
