Responsibilities
- Oversee entire project lifecycle including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies
- Implement rigorous safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance
- Manage client relationships and stakeholder communications
- Resolve on-site conflicts and maintain quality control standards
- Utilize BIM technology for precision project execution
- Drive sustainable construction practices and LEED certification
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- 10+ years of hands-on commercial/residential construction experience
- PMP certification or equivalent project management credential
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and under budget
- Expertise in construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam)
- Strong understanding of Texas building codes and regulations
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
