Responsibilities
- Manage full project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and maintain compliance with building codes
- Control project budgets within ±3% variance through meticulous cost tracking
- Implement sustainable construction practices and LEED certification processes
- Leverage BIM/CAD technologies for precision in design execution
- Resolve conflicts and mitigate risks proactively
- Conduct quality assurance walkthroughs with stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- 8+ years of commercial construction experience with 3+ years in leadership
- PMP or CMAA certification required
- Expertise in Autodesk Revit and Procore construction management software
- Proven track record of managing projects exceeding $10M
- Strong understanding of Texas building codes and permitting processes
- OSHA 30-hour certification
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
