Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle management for $50M+ commercial developments
- Lead cross-functional teams including subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Implement proactive risk mitigation strategies and ensure OSHA compliance
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation using Procore software
- Drive innovation in sustainable construction practices and green building certifications
- Conduct weekly site inspections and quality control assessments
- Negotiate contracts with Tier-1 subcontractors and suppliers
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive construction management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- LEED AP BD+C certification required
- Proven expertise with large-scale commercial or mixed-use projects
- Advanced proficiency in BIM/CAD and project management software
- Texas Class A Contractor's license (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and permitting processes
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution skills
