Responsibilities
- Oversee entire project lifecycle from pre-construction to closeout, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints
- Lead cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies
- Implement rigorous quality control measures and safety protocols exceeding OSHA standards
- Manage procurement processes, vendor relationships, and subcontractor coordination
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including RFI, submittals, and change orders
- Utilize BIM technology for clash detection and construction sequencing optimization
- Drive sustainable construction practices achieving LEED/Green Building certifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial/residential construction
- PMP or LEED AP certification strongly preferred
- Proven expertise in managing projects exceeding $10M value
- Advanced proficiency in construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD)
- Deep knowledge of local building codes and permitting processes in Texas
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and crisis management capabilities
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
