Responsibilities
- Oversee full project lifecycle from pre-construction to closeout, ensuring alignment with blueprints, budgets, and timelines
- Manage subcontractor relationships and coordinate multidisciplinary teams (architects, engineers, vendors)
- Implement rigorous safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance on active sites
- Optimize resource allocation and mitigate risks through proactive problem-solving
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control assessments
- Utilize Procore and BIM technology for digital project documentation
- Prepare progress reports and stakeholder communications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive experience in commercial construction project management
- Proven track record of delivering projects on budget ($5M+) and schedule
- OSHA 30-hour certification and LEED AP accreditation preferred
- Advanced proficiency in construction software (Procore, AutoCAD, BIM 360)
- Texas Class A Contractor License required
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Strong understanding of local building codes and permitting processes
