As a leader in our organization, you will manage multi-million dollar budgets, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure our projects are delivered on time and above industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and direct large-scale commercial construction projects from pre-construction through close-out.
- Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, forecasting, and change order processing.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
- Enforce rigorous safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA and local building codes.
- Mentor and develop project engineers and junior site managers to foster a high-performance culture.
- Prepare detailed progress reports and conduct weekly site meetings to monitor schedules.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
- Proven track record of managing projects with budgets exceeding $20M.
- Expert proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and permitting processes in the Denver metro area.
- PMP or CCM certification is highly preferred.
