Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee end-to-end project lifecycles from pre-construction through project closeout.
- Manage budgets, resource allocation, and project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Implement rigorous quality control protocols and safety compliance programs on-site.
- Negotiate contracts and procurement agreements to optimize project margins.
- Mentor project engineers and site supervisors to drive high-performance team culture.
- Analyze project risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience managing large-scale commercial or industrial construction projects.
- Proficiency in Procore, Primavera P6, and Bluebeam Revu software.
- Proven track record of delivering projects exceeding $50M in value.
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification required.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of local building codes and zoning regulations in Texas.
