Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timelines and budgets are strictly met.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Direct on-site construction activities, prioritizing safety and quality compliance at all times.
- Manage project financial tracking, including change orders, RFI processing, and budget forecasting.
- Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Ensure all construction activities adhere to local building codes, OSHA standards, and environmental regulations.
- Mentorship and development of junior project staff and field team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience in commercial or multi-family residential construction.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects exceeding $20M in total valuation.
- Advanced proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project/Primavera P6.
- Strong knowledge of local Denver municipal building codes and permitting processes.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Professional certification such as PMP, CCM, or LEED AP is highly preferred.
