Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities
- Implement rigorous safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance
- Oversee quality control and maintain construction documentation
- Resolve technical challenges and mitigate project risks
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial construction
- PMP or CMAA certification strongly preferred
- Proven track record managing projects over $10M
- Expert knowledge of construction methodologies and materials
- Advanced proficiency in project management software (Procore, Bluebeam)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
