Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle management including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Lead cross-functional teams of architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA regulations and building codes
- Implement sustainable construction practices and LEED certification strategies
- Manage client relationships and stakeholder communications
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control assessments
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors
- Resolve technical challenges and mitigate project risks proactively
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive construction management experience
- Proven track record managing $5M+ commercial/residential projects
- OSHA 30-hour certification and LEED AP credential preferred
- Expertise in construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD)
- Strong knowledge of Texas building codes and permitting processes
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid Texas Contractor's License (Class A or B)
