Responsibilities
- Oversee full project lifecycle planning, execution, and delivery of commercial construction projects
- Manage budgets, schedules, and resources while maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control assessments
- Negotiate contracts and resolve technical disputes with stakeholders
- Implement sustainable construction practices and LEED certification requirements
- Report project progress to executive leadership and key clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial construction project management
- Proven track record delivering projects over $50M with zero safety incidents
- Active PMP certification and OSHA 30-hour training
- Expertise in Primavera P6 and AutoCAD for project scheduling
- Strong knowledge of Texas building codes and local permitting processes
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
