Responsibilities
- Oversee full project lifecycle planning, budgeting, and execution for $5M+ mixed-use developments
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies
- Implement stringent safety protocols exceeding OSHA standards to achieve zero-incident sites
- Manage procurement processes and subcontractor negotiations for optimal resource allocation
- Utilize Procore and BIM technologies for real-time progress tracking and documentation
- Resolve complex construction challenges while maintaining project timelines and quality standards
- Conduct regular stakeholder communications with investors, clients, and municipal authorities
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive experience in commercial/residential construction management
- Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget (>$3M scale)
- OSHA 30-hour certification and advanced knowledge of Texas building codes
- Expert proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD)
- Strong PMP or CMAA credentials preferred
- Demonstrated experience with sustainable construction practices and LEED certification
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities in dynamic field environments
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
