Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle planning from pre-construction to closeout
- Manage multidisciplinary teams (architects, engineers, subcontractors)
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, building codes, and quality standards
- Control budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
- Implement innovative construction technologies (BIM, drones)
- Stakeholder communication with clients, municipalities, and vendors
- Drive safety culture and incident prevention protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- 10+ years progressive construction experience
- LEED AP or PMP certification required
- Proven track record on commercial/industrial projects >$50M
- Texas contractor license (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Advanced proficiency in Procore/Autodesk BIM 360
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
