Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project execution including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA standards, local building codes, and sustainability certifications
- Implement cutting-edge BIM technology for precision planning and risk mitigation
- Manage procurement processes and vendor relationships while maintaining cost efficiency
- Lead weekly progress reviews with stakeholders and provide transparent reporting
- Develop innovative solutions for complex construction challenges in urban environments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years of progressive construction project management experience
- Proven expertise in large-scale commercial/residential projects ($5M+)
- LEED AP or similar sustainability certification required
- Advanced proficiency in Procore, AutoCAD, and MS Project
- Strong negotiation skills and contract management expertise
- Texas Class A Contractor's License mandatory
- Experience with design-build and integrated project delivery methods
