Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project execution from pre-construction to closeout, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and quality standards
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies
- Implement rigorous safety protocols achieving zero-incident records on all sites
- Utilize Procore and BIM technology for digital project management and documentation
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress reporting to stakeholders
- Lead value engineering initiatives to optimize project costs without compromising quality
- Resolve complex contractual issues and ensure compliance with local building codes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial construction with 5+ years in project leadership
- LEED AP BD+C certification required
- Proven track record managing projects over $25M in value
- Deep knowledge of Texas building codes and OSHA regulations
- Advanced proficiency in project management software (Procore, AutoCAD, MS Project)
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license highly desirable
