Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project management including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (architects, engineers, subcontractors)
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA standards and local building codes
- Manage stakeholder communications and client expectations
- Implement sustainable construction practices and waste reduction initiatives
- Conduct site inspections and quality control assessments
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (required)
- 10+ years of progressive construction management experience
- PMP or LEAP certification preferred
- Proven track record of commercial/industrial project delivery
- Advanced proficiency in construction management software (Procore, AutoCAD)
- Strong knowledge of Texas building codes and permitting processes
- OSHA 30-hour certification
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
