Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle management for commercial construction projects valued $10M+
- Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, subcontractors, and vendors
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA standards, building codes, and environmental regulations
- Implement innovative construction technologies and sustainable building practices
- Manage client relationships and contract negotiations
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control assessments
- Mitigate project risks and resolve complex operational challenges
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive construction experience with 5+ years in project management
- Proven track record delivering complex commercial or infrastructure projects
- Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Primavera P6) and BIM tools
- Valid Texas PE license and OSHA 30-hour certification
- Strong financial acumen and contract negotiation expertise
- LEED AP BD+C certification preferred
