Responsibilities
- Manage full project lifecycle planning, execution, and closeout for $10M+ construction projects
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain project schedules and budgets
- Implement BIM technology and digital project management tools for enhanced efficiency
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and environmental sustainability standards
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control assessments
- Manage client relationships and stakeholder communications throughout project phases
- Lead risk mitigation strategies and change order management processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive experience in commercial construction project management
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- OSHA 30-hour certification and LEED AP credentials preferred
- Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and AutoCAD
- Strong understanding of Texas building codes and permitting processes
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Experience managing projects with sustainable construction features
