Responsibilities
- Direct large-scale commercial construction projects from pre-construction through project closeout.
- Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and financial reporting to ensure maximum profitability.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Enforce rigorous safety standards and compliance with OSHA and local building codes.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality control, and schedule adherence.
- Oversee contract negotiations and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Mentor junior project managers and site superintendents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
- Proven track record of managing projects exceeding $20M in total valuation.
- Advanced proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project.
- Expert knowledge of AIA contracts, building regulations, and safety standards.
- Exceptional leadership, conflict resolution, and stakeholder communication skills.
- PMP or CCM certification is highly preferred.
