In this role, you will be the cornerstone of our projects, managing end-to-end delivery from pre-construction planning to final handover, ensuring every structure reflects our commitment to premium quality.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
- Direct on-site operations, coordinating with subcontractors, architects, and engineering teams.
- Implement strict safety protocols to ensure 100% compliance with OSHA and local regulations.
- Manage complex project budgets, procurement, and contract negotiations.
- Oversee quality control initiatives to ensure all work meets or exceeds structural specifications.
- Mentor junior project managers and site supervisors to foster professional growth.
- Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders, investors, and clients throughout the build.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
- Proven track record managing large-scale commercial projects exceeding $20M in value.
- Advanced proficiency in Procore, Primavera P6, and Bluebeam software.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse on-site crews.
- Comprehensive knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
- PMP or CCM certification is highly preferred.
