Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure design-build alignment.
- Manage onsite safety protocols to maintain zero-incident environments.
- Prepare and present detailed progress reports to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Oversee procurement of materials and manage site logistics for optimal productivity.
- Implement value-engineering strategies to optimize project costs without sacrificing quality.
- Mentor and develop project engineers and site supervisors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in commercial or industrial construction management.
- Expertise in construction software such as Procore, Primavera P6, or Bluebeam.
- Deep understanding of OSHA safety standards and local building codes.
- Proven track record of managing projects with budgets exceeding $20M.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse onsite teams.
- PMP or CCM certification is highly preferred.
