Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle from pre-construction to closeout, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and quality standards
- Lead cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors
- Implement advanced BIM/CAD technologies for precision planning and resource optimization
- Manage risk mitigation strategies and ensure strict OSHA compliance protocols
- Drive sustainable construction initiatives and LEED certification processes
- Develop client relationships and manage contract negotiations
- Mentor junior project managers and foster team excellence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial/residential construction
- Proven track record managing $20M+ projects with complex stakeholder dynamicsOSHA 30-hour certification and LEED AP accreditation required
- Expert proficiency in Procore, AutoCAD, and MS Project
- Strong financial acumen with experience in cost control and forecasting
- Exceptional leadership skills with demonstrated team-building abilities
