Responsibilities
- Oversee full project lifecycle: planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
- Manage cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and local building codes
- Implement sustainable construction practices and LEED certification protocols
- Resolve on-site conflicts and maintain client relationships through weekly progress reports
- Coordinate with municipal authorities for permits and inspections
- Monitor project KPIs and optimize resource allocation for maximum efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
- 8+ years of experience in commercial/residential construction
- PMP or LEED AP certification required
- Proven track record managing projects over $5M in value
- Expertise in construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD)
- Texas contractor's license (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Advanced conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills
