Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end management of complex commercial construction projects from pre-construction to closeout.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and maintain rigorous project schedules, ensuring critical path milestones are achieved.
- Manage project budgets, including financial reporting, change orders, and cost forecasting.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards on all sites.
- Facilitate weekly progress meetings with stakeholders to provide clear, actionable updates.
- Mentor and develop junior project staff to foster a high-performance team culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
- Proven track record of managing projects valued at $20M+.
- Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and advanced scheduling software like Primavera P6.
- Deep understanding of Texas building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards.
- Exceptional negotiation, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
- OSHA 30-hour certification required.
