Responsibilities
- Oversee full project lifecycle planning, execution, and delivery of multi-million dollar construction projects
- Manage cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients
- Ensure strict adherence to budget, timeline, and quality standards using Procore and BIM 360
- Implement OSHA compliance protocols and maintain zero-accident safety records
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical challenges proactively
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors while optimizing resource allocation
- Generate progress reports for stakeholders and ensure transparent communication channels
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial/residential construction
- Proven track record managing projects valued at $5M+
- OSHA 30-hour certification and LEED AP accreditation preferred
- Expert proficiency in construction management software (Procore, BIM 360)
- Strong knowledge of Texas building codes and municipal regulations
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution skills
- PMP or CMAA certification required
