Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for large-scale commercial construction builds.
- Direct on-site operations, managing sub-contractors and site supervisors to ensure project milestones.
- Maintain rigorous adherence to safety standards, environmental regulations, and building codes.
- Manage project budgets, cost-tracking, and procurement schedules to ensure financial efficiency.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality control, and schedule alignment.
- Facilitate clear communication between architects, engineers, clients, and internal teams.
- Review and mitigate project risks to ensure zero downtime and high-quality deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in commercial construction management.
- Proven track record of delivering multi-million dollar projects on time and under budget.
- Deep expertise in Procore, Bluebeam, and advanced project scheduling software (Primavera P6).
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and Texas state building standards.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse, cross-functional teams.
- PMP or CCM certification is highly preferred.
