Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end construction project lifecycles, ensuring completion on time and within budget.
- Manage complex stakeholder relationships, including architects, engineers, clients, and city officials.
- Oversee on-site safety compliance and rigorous quality control protocols across all trades.
- Negotiate sub-contractor bids and manage vendor performance for optimal resource allocation.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to assistant project managers and field supervisors.
- Prepare comprehensive progress reports for executive leadership and investor reviews.
- Identify potential project risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience in commercial or residential construction management.
- Proven track record of managing projects valued at $20M+.
- Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and advanced scheduling software (Primavera P6 or MS Project).
- Deep knowledge of local Denver building codes and OSHA safety regulations.
- Exceptional leadership abilities and strong problem-solving skills in high-pressure situations.
- PMP or CCM certification is highly preferred.
