As our lead PM, you will be the driving force behind multi-million dollar projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to our exacting quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and direct on-site construction activities for large-scale commercial projects.
- Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and financial reporting.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Maintain rigorous safety standards and ensure full compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Review blueprints and technical specifications to resolve field issues proactively.
- Oversee procurement of materials and manage logistics for timely arrivals.
- Conduct weekly progress meetings with stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
- Proven track record of managing budgets exceeding $20M.
- Expertise in Procore, Primavera P6, and AutoCAD.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team development and conflict resolution.
- PMP or CCM certification is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of local Austin building codes and permitting processes.
