Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from pre-construction to closeout
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables
- Oversee budget management, resource allocation, and risk mitigation
- Implement sustainable building practices and LEED certification processes
- Maintain compliance with OSHA, ICC, and local building codes
- Lead subcontractor negotiations and contract administration
- Utilitize Procore and BIM technology for project optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
- 10+ years of progressive construction management experience
- Proven track record on commercial/residential projects >$20M
- OSHA 30-hour certification and LEED AP credentials preferred
- Advanced proficiency in project management software (Procore, AutoCAD)
- Strong financial acumen and contract negotiation skills
- Texas contractor's license (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
