Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management from pre-construction planning through final closeout.
- Direct on-site field staff and subcontractors to ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Manage complex project budgets, forecasting, and change order processes with precision.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, architects, and city officials to maintain project momentum.
- Oversee rigorous schedule tracking and milestone reporting to ensure on-time delivery.
- Mitigate risks through proactive site assessments and technical problem-solving.
- Drive sustainable construction practices and ensure compliance with LEED certifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial construction management.
- Proven track record of delivering multi-million dollar projects on schedule.
- Advanced proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6 scheduling software.
- Deep knowledge of OSHA regulations and Texas building codes.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to negotiate with high-level stakeholders.
- PMP or CCM certification is highly preferred.
