Responsibilities
- Direct $50M+ commercial/residential construction projects through all lifecycle phases
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (architects, engineers, subcontractors)
- Implement lean construction methodologies and BIM technology
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, ICC, and local building codes
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
- Conduct weekly site inspections and quality control audits
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- 10+ years commercial construction management experience
- LEED AP BD+C certification required
- Proficiency in Procore, AutoCAD, and MS Project
- Proven track record on $30M+ projects
- Texas Class A Contractor's license
- OSHA 30-hour certification
- Experience with sustainable construction practices
