- Oversee compliance with OSHA standards and local building codes

- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies

Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive construction management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- OSHA 30-hour certification and PMP credential required
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale commercial projects
- Expertise in BIM/CAD technology and construction software
- Strong knowledge of sustainable building practices (LEED AP preferred)
