Responsibilities
- Oversee full project lifecycle from pre-construction to closeout, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
- Manage cross-functional teams including architects, subcontractors, and vendors
- Implement rigorous safety protocols and quality control measures
- Coordinate with city officials for permitting and regulatory compliance
- Leverage BIM technology for efficient project planning and execution
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews
- Optimize resource allocation and cost management strategies
- Mentor junior project staff to develop future industry leaders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years of progressive construction management experience
- PMP or LEAP certification required
- Proven track record with large-scale commercial/residential projects
- Expert knowledge of Texas building codes and OSHA regulations
- Advanced proficiency in construction software (Procore, BIM 360)
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Texas Driver's License
