Responsibilities
- Direct end-to-end project execution for $10M+ commercial/residential developments
- Manage cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA standards, building codes, and quality benchmarks
- Optimize project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation using Procore software
- Negotiate contracts and resolve disputes with stakeholders and vendors
- Implement sustainable building practices and LEED certification protocols
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive construction management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
- OSHA 30-hour certification and LEED AP credentials
- Proven expertise with commercial projects exceeding $5M
- Advanced proficiency in construction management software (Procore/BidPrime)
- Texas Class A Contractor's license or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Strong financial acumen for budget forecasting and cost control
