Responsibilities
- Oversee project lifecycle planning, budgeting, and scheduling for $10M+ developments
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on-site teams to ensure timely execution
- Implement OSHA compliance protocols and maintain safety standards across sites
- Manage project documentation, permits, and regulatory compliance
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control assessments
- Resolve construction challenges and mitigate project risks proactively
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to optimize designs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 10+ years of hands-on construction management experience
- PMP or LEAP certification preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Procore, and MS Project
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time/budget
- Deep knowledge of Texas building codes and municipal regulations
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
