Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from planning to closeout
- Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery
- Implement OSHA compliance protocols and safety programs
- Control project budgets and resource allocation
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance checks
- Leverage BIM technology for precision planning and execution
- Maintain client relationships through transparent communication
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
- 8+ years of commercial construction experience
- LEED AP certification preferred
- Proven expertise with project management software (Procore, Buildertrend)
- Texas contractor license (Class A or B)
- Strong financial acumen and budget management skills
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Experience with large-scale multifamily or healthcare projects
